Sumptuous Dining in Belgravia

We're in London, continues...

Eureka! At last we have another fabulous restaurant to add to our list.

Last night we had dinner with Claire and Dan at Amaya in Belgravia. We had been there once before with Mary and Eliza so I have to credit Mary for finding it.

We loved it when we were there the first time so we decided to try it again just to be sure it was fabulous. And it was. The food is truly amazing and innovative. It is small plates, so I've started calling it the Robuchon of Indian cuisine. Everything about Amaya is perfect, from the food to the service to the decor. It's definitely one of our favorite restaurants in London.

Getting together with Claire and Dan is always a great treat. They are really brainy and fun. And they love food and champagne as much as we do so our meals together are always fabulous. We only regret that all our schedules are so full that it's difficult to get together. We're so glad we had a chance to see them during our London visit this time.
