Dinner with Frances and David

We're in London, continues...

Last night we had dinner with our friends Frances and David. We went to the amazing Jaan at Swissotel. It has been one of our favorite restaurants for years.

It was a wonderful evening. Frances and David are two of the most extraordinary, big brain people we know. We filled several hours with varied and interesting conversation. And fun. And amazing food.

Jaan is still one of our favorite restaurants ever. It was completely exquisite, as always, and is one of the best kept secrets in London.

Yes, that is a photo of the dessert. Amazing. I did not order dessert but Frances kindly donated her rubarb daiquiri to me which was astonishing.
