The Trenches: Part 2

We're in California for a while, continues...

This week the contractors are back to add electricity and water to our little cabin in the forest. Yesterday they dug a trench to the cabin to lay the cables, etc. Yikes. What a mess. But they did an amazing job on the cables in the front so I am confident they will make it all look fabulous when they are finished. Then renovation on the cabin itself will begin and will be a little hideaway in the forest. A hideaway with ethernet to a 6 Mbit internet connection. '-)

The sea of fog also hung around for most of yesterday and was gorgeous. Today it is crystal clear both at the top of the mountain and the valley so it's a day of lovely views once again.
